Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
